Worst client service ever!

I have ordered a item from Truworths online and waited for the 5 to 7 working day delivery but still have not received my item and I have sent emails asking why but I still have not received a response from them as to where my order is, this is the most horrible online service ever and then they have the orality to send me a statement to pay my account for a item I still have not received!!!
