Worst Account to ever hold

It's is the worst account ever opened. Having to being affected by the Durban floods twice I did make a short fall on one month of payment due to financial strains.. Harassed like 20 calls a day from Customer care ppl that shout and threatening you.. Please man it's the worst ever account I want to close this account and I'm.
