Worse store online service

Truworth is *********** with their online shopping for them being such a well know retail shop and their service in store are the worst !! Zevenwaght the manager Sam has such a terrible attitude when speaking to clients especially when asking her questions she can not handle pressure. her staff members clearly do not being told by her from the way it looks and being observed in store. The staff is unfriendly and that is a loss for business and I’m definitely not the only one feeling that way..it’s so frustrating cos I trying to avoid their bad service in store so u buy online and that’s even worse cos the orders are messed up and gets rejected due to items out of stock even though it’s shows that there’s stock available online!! And I’m still waiting on one of my items that I purchased online and the order code says delivered but there’s still one item processing..they need to employ more people and train them people s****s..
