Worse service with Truworths

11/02/2024 I returned a dress at Truworths Randburg mall. They said refund will take 7 days. It is now the 11/03/2024, exactly a month later and no monies have been deposited into my account for refund. They keep coming up with stories. I even sent them bank statements but still nothing.
