Worse Service Truworths

I purchased a golf shirt that was marked R375 and the Indian female manager refused to mark at thre sale price. She went on to say ahe need to get this authorized by the Area Manager, a few minutes later, she returns and advised that the area manager said it was human error will not sale the item at the marked price. I was not able to get the area managers contact number either.

I wrote up to Truworths head office and after numerous emails i received a call from the store manager around the 28 th May 2024. He said hes sorry for the inconvenience caused ans Truworths will honor its price the item was marked off. I did mention to him i will not be available for the next 6 to 8 weeks due to personal reasons and was assured when i am ready he will sort out the golf shirt.

I had a dr appointment yesterday and was in the area and decided to pop by Truworths Pavillion to be greetes by a new manager that ddint want to listen. He requested that i give him all of the information and he would get back to me. He left to make copies of the receipt. I did explain to him that i recently underwent surgery and am not able to stand for long periods of time. He made me wait for 20 odda minutes whilst he had a conversation with thr other manager and rudely was not bothered about me.

He has no customer soft skills on dealing with people. He showed no sympathy And refused to acknowledge what i said to him and rep**** yoy will have to come back when I call you??

I left my details for the area manager to call, which i am still waiting for the call.
