Worse service ever

I app**** via the TRUWORTHS WEBSITE, received an email explaining I was APPROVED, I called the service department for confirmation both consultants assured me it was approved, I went to the Majuba Mall store to sign the pre agreement only to be treated in a rude manner by the staff, in my opinion the staff at the store shouldn't be permitted to work with public if they going to be so rude, also the email I was sent was unacceptable if I was declined the email should state declined and not approved. I feel that both the Truworths accounts and the store staff owe me an apology. I wasted my time by entering the store and reading an email pertaining to false info. Truworths is welcome to contact me if they feel they are right and me wrong I will gladly forward the head office my email I received. Disgusting service received from what is suppose to be an A grade store group. I have received better service in A Pepcor group store.
