Worse service 😡😡😡😡😡

Truworths service is pathetic, till today their systerm still shows that im in areas but im not, i always pay ahead and way more that required installment but even my credit report says im in areas, i tried to call but one of their rude consultant told me that its a system error, my credit score dropped due to that and no one wants to assist me since June.
