Worse service

I bought a new phone on 20 Nov 2025 Truworths Sandton City, the phone then started freezing, so bad I cannot type a full sentence, the screen then randomly just went blank. I returned it on the 27th as the slip gives you 7 days to return. They inspected the phone. Everything was there, with the box and no damage. I was then told it will be sent for inspection. Until today, 17 December I have not heard a single word back, they don't answer their phones. I WANT A NEW PHONE OR MY MONEY BACK TODAY! 3 WEEKS WITHOUT A PHONE OR COMMUNICATION, THIS IS RIDICULOUS !
