Worse retail outlet ever

Bunch of ****** worst retail outlet. I have had my acc with them for almost 2 years never been in arrears. Until this year on the 20/03/2020 when we were given letters that the company will be closed due to the covid 19 epedemic with no specefic date on when they will open again. As we had to supply contact details to them as to when they will phone us to return. I have phoned Truworths head office i have emailed them on numerous occasions for my acc insurence can assist as i have loss of income protection. This emails and phone calls went on until i was provided with a wattsapp nr to where i would be assisted. I have send all my documents to them as required. I have still received no feedback from Trueorths. But today i was phoned by Mbd as my acc has been handed over for R1100. How does this work why did i pay for acc insurence. We are still under lockdown but im hsnded over during this period if there is anyone who can assist me with details to further this matter
