Worse experience in Truworths Campus Square

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received at your Campus square branch on 25/08/2024. The teller who assisted me was incredibly rude and dismissive, treating me with a level of disrespect that I found both surprising and unacceptable. Instead of providing the courteous service I have come to expect from Truworths, I was made to feel like an inconvenience. When I politely addressed the issue, the teller's attitude only worsened, which made the experience even more frustrating.

To make matters worse, the acting manager on duty was equally unhelpful and dismissive. Rather than addressing my concerns or offering any form of apology, the manager appeared indifferent and uninterested in resolving the situation. This lack of professionalism from both the teller and the acting manager has seriously shaken my confidence in the quality of service at your store. I hope that this issue will be addressed promptly to prevent similar experiences for other customers in the future.
