Word of advise

This is no complaint, rather just making a point. You guys need to start taking your online services seriously or else not only will Office London will be in trouble but the whole group. There seems to be a match made in service hell between Truworths and RTT. I have on a number of occasions ordered from your online platform and on all occasions, i was unhappy with the service, other times worse than others. But all in all i have never been impressed. Your competitors on the other hand.......well they know what they are doing (TFG,Wollies). I have no interest in Buying from your store ever again as my son has outgrown Naartjie and earthchild(Only Reason ishopped there). So in Parting, for your own sake, sort out the mess that is your general customer service and more importantly your online service, else you will be as outdated as the men clothes you sell.
