Why does your credit department call me 27 Aug 25 to ask when I will be making my instalment that is only due on 6 Sep 25?? fast forward to 28 Aug 25 I get a SMS - "Dear VALUED TRUWORTHS Customer reminder to pay your instalment TODAY to keep your Acc up to date" Went in store and the cashier confirms my payment in on due on 6 Sep and that there is NO OUT STANDING BALANCE ON MY ACC.
