Woolworths and H&M have better policies
Received a birthday gift from my sister in Durban and I'm based in fourways. Garmet is a little too big and went to Fourways Mall to exchange.Tag is there Garmet never worn cause it's big. Was told I can't exchange. Woolworths and H&M take their clothes and give u a voucher. Why doesn't Truworths do the same l.im not asking for a refund but to get something else that I like.
