wonderful and friendly service
i called the Truworths store in Greenstone this morning in a panic, looking for a pair of trousers (mens) for my partner. Phumzile Phakathi answered the phone. her calm, professional did not only calm me down, but enjoy wonderful ad friendly service from her. sh was patient, answered all my questions and went above an beyond to help me achieve my goal. she is a gem, i will definitely come back anytime! My impatience and panic did not make her any less helpful or friendly, Such wonderful service is so refreshing
