I contacted Masterskill several times on Thursday, the 19th but she wasn't at her desk or something so I waisted airtime holding for someone who wasn't answering the phone, I even tried calling after a few hours but I got someone else by the name of Sam who tried to help me but ended up saying that she'll ask the person responsible for my order to call me back and then I decided to email Lati and she hasn't rep****, it's now the 20th, almost a month waiting for this book, I'm falling behind with my studies. I paid and now I have to run after you for my book, this is disappointing!
