WHEN ***** DOES NOT MATTER

After receiving an unauthorised Truworths MAN Credit Card for a person I do not know addressed to my Plot address I emailed Truworths ***** Department and after waiting two weeks and getting no response I put this on Hello Peter. Not long after I was contacted (because of Hello Peter) by Truworths Customer Care Relations who informed me that both my address and another address WERE STILL BEING USED FOR OTHER ACCOUNTS by this person who is unknown to me. I asked if the ***** Department would follow up and was told that they do not do that and were not authorised to give any information. I was requested to destroy the Credit Card and told that I would be taken off Truworths mailing list.
