Wheel chair people deserve respect

Time was 13:13 date 5 January 2021 , employee number assisted ***, I am so disappointed with the service the manager gave disabled people I was with my mother, she is in a wheelchair now we are waiting long the manager is with the cashiers over the counter giving instructions to an African lady the cashier who to serve busy focusing on people the other side a man was in front of us was complaining to us that he is been sitting there the manager is doing nothing up until I jump when they called the other person to be served I said we've been waiting here and we have people can sit long as you can see, the cashier did assisted and was very professional while the manager did nothing she just looked at us I am not sure who gave her that position , she made me very upset people on the line were shouting that they ve been standing long there the manager kept quite until the cashier assisted us told those people the reason she is assisting us in a very polite respectful manner she should be the manager not the lady who is the manager now handicap people would like to be treated as people also , man from the queue also made a joke that his wife is also handicapped she has a broken arm I am not sure which part was funny about that , stupid manager smiled . Treat the people on wheelchair with respect and equal. Rating the manager at vangate mall truworths 0%. When the people from the queue started to speak the manager should have stepped in.
