What shocking service

I ordered a dress online for my lil girl that she needed by next week. After waiting days on end for my status of order to change from order received it suddenly changed to cancelled. I got a message that i now have to wait for my refund 7 to 10 working days. That is unacceptable. I needed that dress next week, now i am running out of time as now i must wait for my money back first before i can search for another dress. What a joke. How can you cancel orders ? Surely your system must know how much stock is in yoir warehouse to be sold online ? I want my refund now, so i can find another dress for my daugter. I dont see why she must suffer because your staff isnt doing their jobs
