What Quality?
I bought 2 bath sheets. R725 each, 2 weeks ago from Menlyn Loads of living. The quality is absolutely poor. It has been washed once, and the thread is coming loose. We went to the store this morning for them to be exchanged. We were told after the manager, Ouma, refused to exchange it that she will need to send it to quality control and then only will they inform us if it will be exchanged. Obviously, the quality is terrible otherwise we would not have returned it. This is shocking and unacceptable for the price we paid. Please get back to me ASAP with regards replacing the towels. We did not leave the towels at the store as this policy is laughable and not to mention *********!

I really do not understand that it cannot be replaced after 2 weeks! why does it need to be send to quality assurance if clearly the quality is POOR!!!! What are we to do in the meantime? Dry ourselves with bed sheets! I need these expensive towels to be replaced! I am not going to be without towels for a period of time while you access the poor quality! This is unacceptable!

16 Oct 2023, 10:16By the way, the store manager, Ouma, was called. She did not even acknowledge or speak to us. She only told the poor lady at the till to inform us that it will need to be send away. She did not explain the procedure to us at all and disappeared into her office!. I am not going to leave this here! Even the lady at the till remarked on the quality of the product. I WILL CONTINUE WITH MY RANT UNTIL MY TOWELS ARE REPLACED without waiting for days / weeks for quality controls answer!
