What is going on!!!!

I had closed my Truworth's account a while ago and unfortunately reopened it in February this year, we went through a bit of difficulty with the business and I didn't pay my instalment which I have no idea what it is as I receive no communication from Truworths. I made a payment of R500 on 20 June 2016, on the 9th of July I get an sms to say I've been handed over for an arrears amount of R2567 then a week later 15July I get another sms stating my arrears amount is now R3292 on the 24th of June I returned an item total of R1900 they haven't corrected my balances still charging me instalments of the original total I had with them how does this make sense???? Not to mention the dam call centre people are the rudest bunch of ****s on this earth. Sort this out!!!! I will close this account and will NEVER return to this group as a customer.

Thank you for your post.
We have reviewed our records and established that your account has been in arrears since February 2016. We thank you for your recent payment and would like to take this opportunity to inform you that the item that was credited to your account in June, indeed reduced the balance. This will reflect on your August 2016 statement.
When payment commitments are not met, the account holder will receive various forms of communication as a reminder to bring the account up to date to ensure their credit record remains in good standing.
We regret that these forms of communication were not received in the manner in which it was intended and apologise if you felt that our collections process was in any way offensive.
In addition, we have investigated your concerns regarding your statements not being received and discovered that you contacted our call centre on 16 July to update your postal address. Statements sent to you prior to this date would have been sent to your old address; hence you did not receive your statements. Your statement for August 2016 will be sent to your new address. Should you not receive this, please do not hesitate to let us know on 021- ********** or email **********
Kind regards,
Truworths Online Team
