What a bunch of ********* *****s!!!

<p>Just over three weeks ago, I ordered two items at the branch in Sandton. The manager advised me that both items were located in Eastgate and will ensure that I dont get charged double the delivery fees. I was also told my items will be delivered before the 14th of July.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 13th of July, the courier service delivers one of the items, I enquired about the second item which now meant seperate delivery charges for the second item. Non the less i signed for my parcel. On opening it, the item i purchased was R750 which I'm aware of, however the asshole that packaged it sent me an ink stained boot. I immediately called Truworths and they then advised me that someone from fashion delivery will call me within a day. Alas, no calls or communication from any of the idiots.</p> <p>I made several calls, all I get told is the reports are on the system and someone will call me. I insist on speaking to someone in higher authority and instead very conveniently get transfered to Wagheed in Fashion delivery. I explain to him the urgency as I required the boot for an important event I would be attending. This call to him was placed on Monday. He had promised to have the boot delivered to me no later than Friday which I said was fine as the event was taking place the Saturday.</p> <p> </p> <p>Guess what!!! Today is Saturday and he failed with his promises so Im left without a f**king boot which will now incure unneccessary expense on my part!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I spoke to Kaylen today and she has informed me that Wagheed tried contacting me but my phone was off. Its ****** strange that Truworths can move mountains to contact a consumer when payment is due but couldnt get hold of me on that day!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I strongly believe that Truworths shouldve closed down instead of Stuttafords as they stink at what they do!! Im disgusted at them and before you know it, theyll be a f*&^king done deal!!!</p>
