Westwood Truworths, Sherwin is usless!

Sherwin, the manager of Westwood mall Truworths has been stringing me along for a credit note that is still valid and not working on his system, He has promised my mother who is a senior citizen that he will attend to it and 2 weeks later he hasnt made 1 call to her. He doesnt even look up when you speak to him instead he just mumbles something and sends the old people away. He is disgusting as a manager and I wish to never deal with that Westwood truworths again because he us USELESS. My credit note is due to expire in 2 weeks, if it expires before he sorts this out, I will go to Wendly Knowler and log this with the OBS
