Westgate Truworths unacceptable rudeness

Disgusted at the kind of treatment I received at Westgate. I asked for a hanger after buying a suit jacket. I had already left the paypoint then realised that I didn't get a hanger or proper plastic for the jacket, as it was put inside a small plastic not a big one to avoid creasing. I approached the lady at the floor but she directed me to another at jewellery section, who also directed me to another. The one I last asked a hanger for didn't even give me any time of day, proceeded to walk past me saying " Why didn't you ask for it while you were buying?" At the time she said this she was walking away from me then left me there. When I asked again since I bought a jacket it always comes with a hanger . She shouted we don't give hangers. She said this while doing her things and giving me an attitude. Bad service and the is the second time I receive bad treatment from this store. This time I was not gonna let it slide.
