Weak cologne

Dear Peter: I bought a cologne for men in Truworths Gateway after a week or 2 noticed some things moving inside the bottle and that kept me in suspense at the same time realised that the cologne was not strong as im used to its weak by the end of the day nothing is smelling on my clothes so i took it back to the shop that was 3 weeks ago they told me they were taking it back to wherever for testing or investigation and they will come back to me after a week it has been 3weeks never heard from them drove with my fuel to do a follow up with them came back with no joy they havent heard anything from wherever why is that my problem i just need myoney back i dont need their cologne anymore please help they dont even update me nothing.
