We cannot order if you don't have an account!

I went to Truworths Mall of the south on the 15/09/25, I wanted to order pants that I had trouble with ordering online. I asked the sales lady and she rudely said they don't order if you don't have an account. I asked for the manager (Thandeka) abs she said the same...rudely. No alternative. Nothing. I ended up calling their customer service and a lady named Gift explained to me so nicely that their system doesn't allow but they should have tried to help create a profile and ordered online. What a nauseating customer service from Truworths Mall of the south... I'm highly disappointed! From a manager even.
