Waterfall Mall Branch - POOR service

Truworths Waterfall Mall staff, treating you in a ****** manner not even communicating through to you what they expect from you. I am really disappointed as I have been discussed in a language, they think I could not understand but cannot communicate to myself in English as a client. Poor Service, I would rather use any other branch
