Wat the hell

On the 2nd jan my set aside clothes were send back to the floor. Till today i am yet to get feedback regarding the clothes it took me hrs to get. They claim they strive to deliver good service so wat ******* is this? I am tired of empty apologies on behalve of those that did wrong. I want a proper way forward not half apologies from cape town the incident happen at the east gate store what is the store manager doing to resolve this. From the 2nd till today its a long time surely by now they must have my clothes collected from all their shops neh. I WANT THE CLOTHES I SET ASIDE NOT STORIES!
