Wat the hell

Wat the hell! I went to mall of africa there were no sizes then greenstone still no sizes. So on sunday i finally got sizes at East gate couldn't do laybe because i didnt have my id even though i am an account holder. So i was advice to do a set aside. We filled the small slip then i questioned the fact that the 2nd day is a holiday n they will be closed wat then. The consultant confirmed with the manager the the 2nd day will be the 2nd of jan. I had to return to work so i asked my husband to go pick them he had to leave work only to go there n be told my clothes were send back to the floor. Wat the hell happened to 2 days? Instead of sorting messed up clothes on the floor they are busy removing set aside clothes? It took me 3 days n 4hrs to find those clothes so i want my set aside as per my choice. I am tired of truworth's incomptence. It is becoming enough is enough worse the people that called me were so pathetic n clueless. Do u train ur staff before u hire them or this is mass hire where they got asked if they want work and if they say yes they got hired?
