Wasted money R1000 voucher ****

I write this review with regret. Had I visited this site before signing up I would have been able to avoid a lot of strife. I signed up for a line of credit with them and I was pleased when I received a voucher for a R 1000. I then attempted to make use of it in the store but they told me that I needed my ID and stuff so I couldn't buy from the store. So a couple of weeks later I get a email reminding me of this R 1000 voucher so I decide I'll try to make the purchase online. It was successful. Then month end I get a message that I must pay, so I call them cause I'm like what happened to the voucher. They tell me stories. I get a call from their collections and I ask to speak to a manager cause I don't feel it's fair I pay when I was offered a voucher. She takes my details and says she'll come back to me, surprise surprise she never does. Then a week or two later I get another call and the process begins again to no resolution. So now I'm stuck with a bill due to a voucher that never materialized.
