Waste of time

Placed an online order 2 WEEKS ago, I was informed that my order has been processed. After a whole week, I was informed that 1 of the items ordered was not in stock. It's a waiting game with these people, they never provide feedback and no one seems to know what's going on. At this point I'd rather risk covid and go to the actual store,THAT is how frustrating your lack of services are.
