Was this a 2nd hand watch. I am so disspointed.

I recently bought a puma watch from Truworths. It was an online purchase. 3 weeks later the clock stopped working. I asked them to collect the watch and they said they could not. The watch was returned by my daughter and now truworths will send it for repairs and it will take 8 weeks. This is really bad service. The watch should be exchanged as it broke in 3 weeks. Was I delivered a 2nd hand item through the online purchase. There is definately loopholes in your processes. An now I have to wait 8 weeks. This is absurd. A watch is used daily not after every 2 months. Please look into this matter urgently as my daughter's needs her watch urgently.
