Was overcharge ,for mistake a staff member made

On the 2nd february i went to truworths in promenade mall mitchelplainans experience the worst customer service ever.i went in the for a belt and shoes for my son for his confirmation.i found the perfect shoe.however there was a was and now sticker on .was R725 now R36 i think good shot it quiet cheap let me go with it .i get to the till onlyfor the cashier to tell me its R360 and not R36 .i said no it R36 and no where there is a o to say its 360.she then call her manager ..the manager comes and i explain the error that was made is not the customers problem.what a customer see customer pays,on that she have the audacity to tell me that a customer isn't always right.and that was n human error ,so i then tell her that thats something u should discipline the staff that made the error .im not working for truworths so i can not be kept accountable for a mistake your staff member made.she said she would call her area manger .keeping in mind i already stood an hour in the line ..and still had wait for her to phone her areamanger just to say that no i cant pay R36 it was a human error ..where is your customer service thats not the way to treat your customer .for a store manager she has no etticate she has no way of dealing with situations ..and if thats the kind off staff you have that treats customers like that then i will no longer set a foot in one off your stores ..i was forced to pay R360 cos i needed the size.you can check my account details.i then phone your customerservice after i left the store only for her to tell me whatever the storemanager agrees on goes your customer service can do nothing.how helpful is your customservice ..terrible customer service
