Warning--R92 caused a missed payment on my credit score
After over 14 years with Truworths, 2023 will be my last. My credit score report has a missed payment for the month of November because of R92.00. Talk about 1 sided loyalty
Please see email from Truworths:
"Upon reviewing your account we can confirm your account was in arreas for the month of November due to short payment, please note for the month of October your payment due was R592 including the R52.00 annaul service fee however, you made a payment of R500 which means you had short paid with R92.00 and your account fell into arreas. Kindly be advised an update regarding the status of your account will be sent to the credit bureau. However, this record is a true and accurate reflection of the manner in which you have conducted your account, and we are unable to remove or alter the information in any way."
Enter a truworths contract at your our risk. I am warning you. It is not worth it. Try Woolworths or Foschini.
"Truworths (as with any credit granting company), submits information regarding payment profiles of our customers to all Credit Bureau on a monthly basis as required under by the National Credit Act (NCA). This record is a true and accurate reflection of the manner in which you have conducted your account, and we are unable to remove or alter the information in any way. "
Still saying whoever did this can GO TO HELL, especially you who rep**** with this nonsense. Mxm.
