Walmer Park Truworths Customer Service Non Existent

Walmer Park Truworths - terrible service. I stood in a que of 4 people for over 20 min, then another couple of minutes for them to try find my order as it was an online order. Wasted my entire lunch break and walked out with not one parcel (not even my entire order was there) Staff are so unfriendly and miserable in that store; they all look as if they hate their jobs. No customer service at all. Only 2 staff on the tills, but many other staff running around like headless chickens around the store.
