Placed an order online especially because it was my dad and hubby's birthday and been waiting now 7 days after saying between 5 to 7 working days. I ordered online paid an extra R60 for delivery and convenient because of the weather. Very disappointed 😔😔😔

This was now by far the worst service ever. I haven't even received the slippers and not going to wait any longer. I feel I should be refunded for delivery and the slippers I have not received. Will make me think twice to order online again. Very unhappy.
