Waiting 12 days for online order

Absolutely disgusting and disatsisfying customer service. I have been waiting 4 an online order for 12 days and all the consultants can say is I am sorry.

Worse of a they lie and say the courier company is struggling with my address when the courier company hasn't even attempted to contact me.

Absolutely disappointing 😞
