Vouchers not valid
I went to the Welkom store and there was a big poster that said if you open an account you get R750 gift vouchers, i smsed and was successful to get an account. Well i recieved my card but no vouchers. I contacted customer care and they said the promotion was not running.... How can the store put up the signs to say there is a promotion when there is not? Please send me the vouchers i was promised!

Upon reviewing your Truworths account application we established that there was indeed no promotion presented at the time of your application and therefore no vouchers were allocated to your account. Having said this, stores are required to only advertise promotions of this nature on the day the promotion starts and as such we have brought this matter to the attention of the relevant Store Manager.
Following our telephonic conversation we can confirm that we have informed you of this and were able to successfully resolve this matter for you.
