Vouchers not redeemable online

It is very unfair that we are unable to use the discount vouchers for online purchases. Most of the items available online are not available in the stores. I had vouchers expire as a result of this. The customers should not be inconvenienced by silly policies. Vouchers should be redeemable online and at store level. Please sort out your admin issues and don't make it the customers problems.
