Voucher expiration date
<div>I have 3 truwoworths gift vouchers that I got 3 years back now when I want to redeem them as the need arises because I could not exchange them for cash. I'm told they have expired. The value of them is around R4000 . All I needed is the activation of them I don't need money. What can I do because the shops are refusing to activate them saying I should have used them even if I don't need anything. Can I be contacted ***</div>

13 Dec 2022, 10:33During 2019 July I had a ceremony for my son. I received many cloths, vouchers etc. Some some vouchers I used them immidiately. Some I could not use. When covid hit in 2020 - 2021 our struggle was one, every body fought to be alive. SPENDING CLOTHING VOUCHERS WAS LEAST OF OUR PROBLEMS INFACT SHOPS WERE CLOSED. Now they are telling me that vouchers valued +R4000 have expired when they are aware that within this 3 years of vouchers validity they were closed due to pandemic. Now they are capitalizing on three years validation when I had no three year term to spend the vouchers.
I just beed them to be activated now.
