VERY VERY SLOW DELIVERIES FROM TRUWOTHS

Ordered from Truworths website. Great selection and I like the quality of products. But why does it take Truworths a week or two to get orders processed and delivered? I am paying a premium for the clothes and delivery... why the delay.

Placing an order on Bangood in China gets delivered faster than an order from Truworths.

Also no way to track a parcel once it is shipped, must be the only retailer where you just have to sit and hope that one day it will arrive, when you not home because it took so long that you forgot that you ordered from them
