Very very Poor Customer Service

I have not received 1 single voucher from you guys and went to the store and all they could say is sorry we never gave you the vouchers at Whale Coast Mall Truworths. How pathetic! And to top that I still waiting for an online order delivery. When phoning head office they just also we are sorry we can't help you!!!!!! Going to close my account because off very poor service!
