Very very disappointed with the service

I am very disappointed with the Truworths thats at the Westville Pavilion Shopping centre. I did a laybye at that store before the lockdown. The shop closed and did not notify us or rather me of other alternatives of making payments. So now my laybye was due today. The store manager confidently refused to extend the laybye until Thursday of which its when i am getting paid. I was very disappointed because maybe had they made other means of paying for the goods it would have been understandable for her not wanting to extend.
