Very very bad service

I have never received such bad service from a big company like Truworths on the 31st of August 2021 I went to buy a bunch of clothes and was assisted by Kamogelo Mochaki and the manager was Thandekile Maseko it was their time to knock off when I got home I noticed that a pair of shoes was missing, I went to Truworths Mall of the South on Saturday that’s where I bought the items when I got there I advised them of the pair of shoes that I didn’t receive I spoke to Therusha Naidoo who told me that the manager who was assisting me is not in I must come when Thandekile is working they checked on the shelves the shoes were there with the same barcode but they told me that the pair I bought was sold and packed I advised them to check the cameras they told me that they don’t have cameras such a disappointment, fine I left and came back on Tuesday they told me Thandekile left and unfortunately they won’t be able to help. I’m just concerned the way I’m seeing it is that these people are used to robbing people who buy a lot of clothes this is ***** if I put it correctly.
