Very unprofessional Truworths Customer Service

I purchased a pair of sandals on sale at the Eastgate branch over a week ago and couldn't decide if I wanted them and eventually decided to return them. I took them to the Rosebank branch and was told that they've been worn when this was most definitely not the case. I was treated with no concern and that they would not take them back. After having this account for over 25 years this was just unacceptable. I am not one of those customers who wears the items and returns them and the treatment was just not acceptable. I had taken another pair of shoes before I went to the desk and it was a material shoe on sale and all I said is please check the material that it is clean and this was mentioned as if I was aware that the shoes I'm returning them were soled. To me the shoes do no look worn at all.
