Very unpleasant shopping experience

I am disappointed with the service my sister and i received at Truworths Mall of the South, my sister had quiet a few outfits she wanted to try out, then came a lady shouting across the floor that having so many clothes was not allowed (which i have never ever heard before), she did bring a rail for my sister to use. but the whole fitting experience was not pleasant, we had a checkers trolley with us they kept checking through our trolley as if we stole something, i even had to ask if there was a problem, so much so that when we left the store security checked our trolley again, and we got more funny looks from the lady right to the exit door, i never want to experience that again, it was rude and undermining.
