Very rude cashier at N1 City Truworths

Discounted price indicated on the item R260, at the till it showed R360. The cashier demanded that we pay what the R360, and said there’s no one to override the price shown on the till. She called a manager and said we must move out of the way so she can help other customers. We stood there for about 20minutes, if not longer. Not only was she rude to us, but every single customer she assisted while we were waiting to be helped she had an attitude with. This is the first time I’ve experienced such service at any Truworths. The manager then came back, took our details and refused to give the item at the discounted price. When I asked to take a picture of the item the cashier again had an attitude. This is disgusting behaviour and it’s not the customers’ fault that she’s in this situation that she is. Just treat customers with respect, because you are not there to do us a favour.
