Very poor service

Truworths Gateway I have purchased a shoe not realizing it was in incorrect sizes in the box, taken the shoe to pinetown crescent how which is near my workplace ,and they could not assist me to change for the correct size, they ask me to go back to the store where I purchase a shoe from and they will exchange it for the correct size.they also advice that they still have stock at the branch in Gateway . Got back to the store, where I purchase a shoe from , now the advice that they do not have any stock of the shoe and there are willing to credit by accounts, which is a inconvenience to me as I actually left work to run around to get the correct sizes. So I have asked the floor manager to call the pinecrest center to check if they can keep the shoes. The manager comes back after 45min to tell me that there is no stock that's the Pinecresh center , then I have called the Pinterest center to check for stock they advised that the have stock available for the correct size I've been shopping with truworths with the past 20 odd years . the servers that I have experience currently very bad I have never experienced such servers from other retail shops which now they are blaming me I should have checked the other shoes in the box for the correct size as I did explain to them that I've tried one leg that came from the same box, which should not be my fault. The cashier at the till also checked the shoe if it was a correct before I purchase a shoe ,don't understand what was cashier looking for when he opened the box
