Very poor quality yet expensive clothes

Truworths has outdone it again with their poor quality on expensive clothing ‘ I bought a dress worth R330 for a wedding ‘ I bought a dress on the 24th of oct and wore it on the 27th of October ‘ the same day i started wearing the dress it got torn’ in the middle of the people ‘ i returned the dress the next Monday after that day and I was told they sending the dress to Cape Town for a review ( which I know it’s a lie because I hav worked for truworths) it took them the whole 7 days to send the dress to so called Cape Town ‘ I was called after 7 days to be told that th dress is being send to Cape Town ‘ to date I am still waiting for the respond from Cape Town ‘ I am not sure for how long should I still wait for the shipment and on that note’ I am very aware that I will be charged for an interest for a month because of that purchase ‘ which I find it very unfair ‘ can I get this sorted by not later than Thursday this week’ as I find this very poor customer service according to ‘ the consumer protect act 68 of 2008 ‘
