Very poor customer service at Troworths

Truworths is refusing to credit my account with the item I returned to the store at Durban CBD.

I have been a customer for years and it's really disappointing that they could refuse to accept an item just because the price tag was not attached but was still in the bag.

And worse the Store Manager accuse me of actually having used this item and then returned it. I only tried the skirt once at home and for them to accuse me of wearing and leaving dirt on it is really not acceptable and it really makes me angry and disappointed.

So will Truworths please credit my account *** with R440 as I left the item at the store that day. Or basically I am not going to pay the account anymore. and they can stop sending me SMS's and emails.
