Very inhumane & disgusting treatment by Makkie from Truworths Eastgate

So this morning we were delivering at Truworths & we received the most inhumane treatment from a lady by the name of Makkie, we stood at their receiving door for close to an hour and when she opened she was like do we want to break her door, there is no need for us to be knocking on the way we were knocking. I tried explaining to her that I went up to her front door to ask for assistance and I was told there was someone who was down at receiving waiting to assist us but when I got to the receiving area there was no one there. She then proceeded to tell me and my colleagues that her job or whatever task she was doing is more important than our job.

It was the same attitude that she gave over the weekend when she blatantly refused to assist citing that we have to book a delivery slot we cannot just rock up & expect to be assisted.

This is the worst experience as a delivery person I have come accross.
